been processed by the OTB transfer. There can only be a maximum of one
open, unprocessed transfer flag for a period and for an article.
INCLUDE ISR_STOP
You cannot make another node change for the current article until the
previous change has been processed by the OTB transfer.
Perform the OTB transfer in transaction WOTB3.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
