Diagnosis
The error described below occurred when starting the value help function
through an RFC connection in the BW system.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

No connection to the BW system
The system cannot currently establish a connection to the corresponding
BW system. As a result, the value help function is not possible, nor can
the entered profiles be checked for consistency.
Reestablish the connection to the BW system if you want to edit the
profile assignments. Otherwise, you can only display or delete existing
assignments.
Unknown destination
Check the destination for the BW system currently defined in
Customizing.
Enter the correct destination. Otherwise, you can only display or delete
existing assignments.
