Diagnosis
You want to display the user data for a user who is blocking a data
record. The system cannot display the requested data because an error
has occurred. This has no impact on the transactions further process,
however.
System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure
Position the cursor over the lock icon and you will see the users name
in the tooltip.
