What causes this issue?

Purchasing list item &V1& &V2& may contain planned/assigned quantities
for some invalid assortments. This situation could occur if some
quantities were defined for assortments or distribution centers that
were deleted or are no longer assigned to the current hierarchy
ID/node/assortment type.

System Response

Purchasing list item &V1& &V2& may be inconsistent and cannot be
released.

How to fix this error?

Run transaction WRFAPC30 to delete all entries for these inconsistent
assortments.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
