What causes this issue?

The discount type is set to discount price and the code for the
<NP>IntervalBoundaryTypeCode</> element of the assigned product groups
is not set to equal.

System Response

The offer cannot be created.

How to fix this error?

The codes for the element of the assigned product groups must be set to
equal if the discount type is set to discount price on the get side of a
bonus buy.
