What causes this issue?

The system has cross-checked the role assignments for user &V1& and
logical system &V2&.
Authorization role &V3& currently has the assignment status (&V4&),
which does not correspond to the intended assignment status.

System Response

The assignment status displayed on the screen reflects the current
status in the database.

How to fix this error?

Try to save your changes again. If this does not solve the problem,
contact your system administator.

This system behavior is most probably a program error that should be
addressed by an SAP Note.
