What causes this issue?

Exception processing was triggered in inbound processing.

System Response

A worklist was created and a work item sent to the inbox of the
responsible employee.

How to fix this error?

If you can carry out the task (i.e. if you are one of the people
responsible for the task), go to your
<DS:TRAN.SO01>Office inbox</> and execute the open tasks either
individually or in groups.
