This function is only possible if the cursor is positioned on an
external document in the "Inbound processing" section.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
You can display external documents by using the "Display document level"
function. Then position the cursor on an external document and choose
the "Inbound document status" function.
Instead of calling the function via the menu path, you can double click
on the status of the external document.
