What causes this issue?

The deadline cannot be deleted because it:
is in the past and
because a deadline notification has already been created for it and
sent.
has a modeled action.

System Response

The action is cancelled. The data is not changed.

How to fix this error?

If required, the deadline chosen can be changed by entering a new
deadline (which is in the future).
A notification will also be sent (to the deadline agent) if this
deadline is exceeded.
