  • What causes this issue?

    Work item &V2& reports back to the completed workflow &V1&, which is to
    be deleted. This indicates an inconsistency in the workflow status as a
    completed workflow should not contain any confirmations.

    The response message is ignored. The workflow remains marked for
    deletion.

    How to fix this error?

    If the workflow has actually been completed, the work item reported may
    not have been deleted when the workflow was completed due to a system
    error (for example, communications connection interrupted).
    If the workflow was marked as deleted/to be deleted by mistake, remove
    the delete flag. Then continue the workflow.
