What causes this issue?

The registered tRFC was executed successfully. The tRFC runtime has set
the status of the tRFC entry to OK. The entry will be deleted
asynchronous.
The destination with the name <ZH>&V1&</> was used for this transaction.
Successful execution means that the tRFC execution was not interrupted
and all issues were handled properly. Unexpected interruptions are
