What causes this issue?

The data in one line of the assortment list is held in a character
string whose structure is defined in the assortment list profile. For
the string to be decoded, its structure must be read from the Data
Dictionary. An error occurred during this process.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the structure &V1& exists in the Data Dictionary and is
active.
