What causes this issue?

There are a number of possible reasons for this message:
An internal communication profile has not been entered in the master
data for store &V1&.
The profile has been entered, but not created in Customizing.
The profile has been entered, but the Customizing settings for store
order control have not been maintained.

System Response

The system cannot post the IDoc.

How to fix this error?

Correct the master data for this store. You can then process the IDoc.
