What causes this issue?

If there are several characteristic value columns<(>,<)> all columns
need to have a characteristic value assigned, to have a valid
characteristic value combination for the related variant. As long as
only some columns contain a characteristic value<(>,<)> the entered data
is invalid.

How to fix this error?

Check the indicated lines for complete characteristic value settings
<(>,<)> or remove all entered characteristic values of this line to
ignore this variant.
