What causes this issue?

You will only get purchase orders here if you released the latter
during this sitting. You then have the opportunity to cancel the
release if you wish.
Note that you only see the POs you released during this sitting. You do
not see any orders you released previously.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
