What causes this issue?

You have entered two postal codes that are withing an area that already
exists. This leads to a refinement of the existing interval. You could
use this to assign one tariff zone (T0001) to a large city and its
suburbs, for example, and then assign another tariff zone (T0002) to
central or less accessible areas withing the city where the
transportation costs are higher.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
