What causes this issue?

Delivery &V1& contains an item for which no plant is specified.
During account assignment, the plant is used to determine the relevant
company code to which costs are to be assigned. This is not possible.

System Response

The shipment cost item can not be account assigned and settled.

How to fix this error?

Enter the plant for the delivery item.
