What causes this issue?

The system has created an empty text name and cannot therefore read any
text.

Procedure for System Administrators

Inform your system administrator of the result of the analysis.
The system administrator can then check whether the necessary
information for creating the text name was entered (such as the
preceding document number) when it called up the RV_TEXT_COPY function
module in structure FTVCOM.
