What causes this issue?

Splitting the selected deliveries is not possible since the shipment
<(>&<)>V1<(>&<)> with the selected deliveries <(>&<)>V2<(>&<)> cannot
be blocked because of a blocking error. If you execute the split
simulation now, it is possible that the simulation cannot be saved.

System Response

The split cannot be executed for the selected deliveries.

How to fix this error?

Revoke the selection for the deliveries <(>&<)>V2<(>&<)> and restart
the split process.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
