What causes this issue?

An error occurred during initialization and filling of the application
log.
If direct posting takes place with the ISCD_SCPOS_MAINTAIN module, an
application log is written in the same way as for the start of the mass
activity, dependent on the input parameters.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the application log is written correctly for the "execute
payment plans" mass activity.
