What causes this issue?

You have included the entry for interpreting the maintained MIME types
as a blacklist in the profile configuration parameters, but MIME type
checking has not been activated.

System Response

The indicator for the interpretation of the MIME types as a blacklist is
only evaluated if the MIME type check has been activated.

How to fix this error?

Activate the MIME type check by setting the profile configuration
parameter CUST_CHECK_MIME_TYPE with the value "1".
