What causes this issue?

There are entries in the profile configuration parameters area. However,
their evaluation (indicator "Evaluate Profile Configuration Parameters")
has not been activated.
This situation can also occur in data delivered by SAP, since, for
compatibility reasons, the profile configuration parameters cannot
automatically be activated for existing customers, and this indicator
therefore remains inactive for existing profiles during the upgrade.

The entered profile configuration parameters are ignored.

How to fix this error?

Activate the evaluation of the profile configuration parameters by
setting the corresponding indicator in the profile.
Caution: This can change the behavior of the system when scanning for
viruses.
It can, for example, lead to particular types of documents, which could
previously be uploaded, being blocked.
The use of functions that can be configured here (such as the MIME
check) can also require the use of a virus scanner or virus scan adapter
that supports a more current version of the SAP virus scan interface.
You therefore need to test your business processes before activation in
the production system.
