What causes this issue?

An unsupported parameter or invalid parameter value was used when
calling virus scan server &V1&.
Parameters are taken either from the scanner group assigned to the
virus scan server or from a virus scan profile.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the parameters that are entered in the scanner group and the
virus scan profile.
