What causes this issue?

Not all features (&v1& divisions) of the info structure can be filled
from the tables that are available to the system during order
processing.
The divisions are &v2&, &v3&, &v4&.
Customer features that start with a 'Z' are not considered during this
check. They must be filled during the runtime with user exit
<DS:FU.EXIT_SAPLQUOT_001>EXIT_SAPLQUOT_001</> for enhancement SDQUX001.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
