What causes this issue?

For new records with a partner function that refers to partner function
MP, you should enter a valid SAPoffice user. Usually, the SAPoffice
user is identical to the SAP user.

System Response

The system does not accept the recipient!

How to fix this error?

Enter the SAPoffice user or the SAP user or leave the partner field
empty. Choose <LS>Enter</>!
You can assign the partner at a later time by choosing possible entries
for the partner number field or by branching to "Communication".
