In Customizing, there is no mail text for the specified combination of
output type and language.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the mail text in Customizing for the output type.
You can also maintain your own mail text by branching to the MESSAGE
object via "Communication".
