What causes this issue?

You requested possible entries for the partner field. As of Release
4.5C, partners can only be found with reference to a MESSAGE object.
This object must be created first.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter correct values for the remaining fields, and choose <LB>Enter</>.
Afterwards, you can display possible entries for the partner. You can
also use "Communication" to apply the full OFFICE functionality to find
one or several partners.
