What causes this issue?

You do not have authorization to delete planned BOMs.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Use the role maintenance functions and the profile generator
(transaction <AB>PFCG</>) to maintain your roles, authorizations, and
profiles. Create a new profile with the authorization object as
<AB>MFG_PLNR </>with authorization value <AB>06</> for Delete.
