  • What causes this issue?

    A distributed delivery has been changed and saved. During the time in
    which the change should have been synchronized with the partner system,
    the system could not block the delivery across LUWs (no reference could
    be generated).
    Either the delivery had not been previously blocked, or there is an
    inconsistency in the administration tables for the CSL (cross-system
    lock).

    System Response

    The change cannot be synchronized. The delivery remains blocked and
    cannot be processed until the block is removed.

    How to fix this error?

    Contact SAP Support. In urgent cases, the CSL must be removed manually
    and the transaction repeated.
