What causes this issue?

The time window defined in the customer master has been exceeded. The
time window specifies the period (from the planned time of delivery
onwards) in which POD verification should occur.
Latest possible verification date: &1 &2
Current verification date: &3 &4

System Response

The POD verification is not accepted.

How to fix this error?

Increase the time window in the customer master or enter the POD
variances in the dialog box.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
