What causes this issue?

The quantity for this item has already been changed once. For the proof
of delivery, at least one reason for variance has been assigned to this
change. This means that for entering additional quantity changes the
quantities must be distributed manually to the reasons.

System Response

Since for this delivery item variances for the proof of delivery have
already been specified with more than one reason for variance, the
system cannot adjust the quantities manually.

How to fix this error?

Adjust the quantities and the reasons for the proof of delivery in the
next entry field in such a way that the total of the partial quantities
and the reasons corresponds to the delivery quantity that you have
entered.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
