What causes this issue?

The goods issue for this delivery has not yet been posted or has
already been cancelled. You cannout carry out the delivery confimation
at this time. You can however display the document.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Choose "Display <-> Change Ctrl-F1" to display the delivery. Post the
goods issue for the delivery. Then you can carry out the delivery
confirmation.
