What causes this issue?

Average number of collective delivery runs per day.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

It is to be checked whether collective delivery runs overlap with
regard to their runtime or parametrization. Under certain
circumstances, collective delivery processing may be more efficient if
collective runs are started at defined points of time. By doing this,
you avoid that different collective runs mutually block their order
and material data.
