  • What causes this issue?

Ratio between the number of collective delivery runs with a
    <DS:CHAP.SDMLAUFZEITLANG>long</> <DS:CHAP.SDMLAUFZEITVL04>runtime</>
and the number of all collective runs within the period to analyze.
This ratio is relativized if a large number of collective runs is
started as a background job. The system load during collective
processing in the background is not necessarily correlated with its
runtime. In this case, you should take care that these collective runs
are not carried out at the same time as other collective runs. They may
be less efficient because the collective runs mutually block their
    order and material data.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

If the ratio is high, it is to be checked whether less system load is
possible by starting the collective runs in a shorter period. The
system load of collective delivery processing is increasing at a faster
rate than the number of documents that have been processed.
