What causes this issue?
The delivery item is not POD-relevant. Therefore, you cannot enter or
display any quantities for the POD for this item.
A delivery item is POD relevant, for example, if:
Customizing for the item category has been set accordingly,
POD relevance has been set in the customer or supplier master,
