What causes this issue?

You have entered conversion ratio &v1& : &v2 = &v3& : &v4& for amounts
&v1& and &v2&. The two ratios deviate, however.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

The difference between the two ratios is greater than 0.000001, which
presents a consistency problem regarding quantity information.

System Response

Adjust one of the factors in the above equation so that it works out
mathematically exact (deviation of less than 0.000001).
