What causes this issue?

In the delivery item, only the valuation type from the sales order is
available. At this level, an availability check is not possible.
Therefore, the system switches to availability check at plant level.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

When you enter a batch number, the availability check occurs at batch
level.
