What causes this issue?

You want to carry out planning for the condition record with key:

&V3&
This should be valid up to &V2&.
Planning is not permitted for this kind of validity period.

System Response

Because a long validity period can mean a lot of line items being
created in CO-PA, this can lead to performance and memory space
problems.

How to fix this error?

Either change the validity end &V2& of the relevant condition record,
or do not use planning for this record.
