What causes this issue?

It was attempted to convert a quantity from the unit of measure &V1& to
&V2&. This was not possible.

System Response

Error &V3& occurred during the quantity conversion. Error number &V3&
indicates that the following causes are possible:
04 : No conversion factors were found.
08 : The units of measure had differing dimensions
12 : A number was divided by zero.
16 : A value overflow occured.
20 : An entry in the dimension table was missing.
24 : One of the units of measure did not exist.
