    This value is valid only on Hyper-V.
    If this value is "True" the Dynamic Memory feature is enabled for this
    VM. If this value is "False" either the Hyper-V host or the VM doesn't
    support Dynamic Memory or the memory management settings for this VM are
    set to "static".
