What causes this issue?

An error occured when converting the SD documents for CAM (central
address management):

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

No address number exists
A personnel number exists, although this is a manual address which
should only contain an address number
No recognised address indicator exists
Either the address number is missing or it has been entered as a
personnel number for a one-time customer
An incorrect address indicator is used for a one-time customer
