What causes this issue?

Account statements for account &V1& can only be output via the Supplier
Workplace (according to your settings in the account). The ERP standard
output via output control is not used.

System Response

The system creates the account statement but does not automatically
create messages.

How to fix this error?

Your partner has to output the account statement using the Supplier
Workplace. If you prefer message output via output control, you have to
change the according settings in the returnable packaging account.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
