What causes this issue?

The identification of the HU must have already been performed by way of
the completeness or sequence check, before you can post a goods issue
for an HU. You cannot process the HU further unless this prerequisite
has been met.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the completeness check or sequence check has been
performed correctly by calling up the function in the PI sheet.
