    What causes this issue?

    The handling unit items contain batches. In this case a delivery item
    with batch will be created or the delivery item will be added to the
    batch. The handling unit is then only added to the delivery in the next
    step.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    The delivery was not packed. No HUs were included in the delivery.
    However the delivery has been created with a batch or a batch has been
    added to it.

    How to fix this error?

    Use transaction VL02N, to add the HU to the delivery.
