What causes this issue?

You tried to assign an HU to a delivery which has already been reserved
for a different delivery. The shipping labels have already been printed
accordingly.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You can nevertheless assign the HU to the delivery by using the packing
function in the delivery. However, output control will not issue a
notification. If you want to receive a notification for HUs that are
reserved for the delivery, you have to change the reservation of the HU.
