What causes this issue?

You want to create a delivery for a handling unit that is already
reserved for an existing delivery. This is not possible.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To create a delivery for the selected delivery you must first change the
reservation using the function HUs - Change Reference and create a
reference for the sales order.
