What causes this issue?

The set operation you specified could not be performed because one of
the versions involved in a previous set operation has been edited
incorrectly. The version that created the error is listed in brackets.

System Response

If you perform several set operations sequentially, the system checks
for each set operation whether the relevant versions have already been
included in previous set operations. If you wanted to change one of the
two versions in a previous set operation but these changes were not
successful, the system no longer carries out further set operations for
this version.

How to fix this error?

Check why the previous set operation could not be carried out. If
necessary, correct the error and perform the set operations again.
