What causes this issue?

You have entered the delivery note number for the last delivery note
posted for this customer. Because it could not be found in the document
flow, it is impossible to find an exact starting point for cumulative
quantity determination.

The system does not except the entry or generates a warning message.

How to fix this error?

Please check to see whether the delivery note number was entered
correctly or select a delivery note number available in the document
flow.
Please remember that correct starting point for the cumulative quantity
determination is necessary in determining the correct delivery
quantity.
