What causes this issue?
A sales status is set for the material <(>&<)>V2<(>&<)> for the
requested delivery date in the material master. This status will cause
a warning or an error message if changed manually.System Response
An item-wise input dialog is not possible in the fast change - for this
reason, no change is made for the item <(>&<)>V1<(>&<)>.How to fix this error?
Change the item manually, as far as the system allows.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
