What causes this issue?

You have changed the highest material, production go-ahead or delivery
release <DS:GLOS.cumulative quantity>cumulative quantity</> manually.
Please note that the system normally automatically determines the
highest release cumulative quantities from past
<DS:GLOS.release>releases</>. This means that a manual entry is not
usually necessary.

How to fix this error?

Please cancel the changes, in case they have been entered inadvertently.
